We're committed to simplifying the deep retrofit process for your commercial, institutional, or mid to high-rise multi-unit residential buildings in Ottawa. The ORA program is applicable to commercial/institutional customers. Please note that mid or high-rise multi-unit residential buildings (those 4 stories or greater or have a horizontal footprint greater than 600 m2) are considered commercial buildings under this program.
