	1. Adding new service When there is no existing electrical service at the premise and you would like to bring in service either temporarily or permanently. 2. Upgrading a service If you are changing the size of the service or if you would like to switch between overhead and underground service. This also includes moving the location at the same time as doing either of these options. 3. Adding equipment to an existing service If you would like to add additional meters to your property, such as adding a meter for a basement apartment, or if you would like to switch to net metering. 4. Performing maintenance at the premise This includes changing the location where the service enters the building, changing the panel, requesting to isolate the service to complete electrical maintenance (like installing a transfer switch), or to isolate the service for non-electrical maintenance (like structural repairs on a building). 5. Removal of service If you no longer need either the permanent, temporary or unmetered service(s) or are demolishing the building. 6. Clearance Inspection If you need a clearance inspection to allow for pool installation or building construction. 7. Infrastructure replacement/relocation?
