If you are requesting data for a third-party, please download Hydro Ottawa’s Consent for Information Release form and have the appropriate parties complete and sign the form. Once completed, attach the consent form and any additional files required to complete your request.


Note: Hydro Ottawa’s Consent for Information Release is not required if the account owner is requesting their own data.
