Property Information

Energy consumption data can be requested for one or multiple buildings/complexes. If your building has a single EWRB number, but multiple civic addresses (e.g. a multi-tower complex, connected with an atrium, or an outdoor access retail complex), you will need to provide all relevant addresses. This is still considered a single “building” or “complex” for EWRB purposes. See guidance on the Ministry of Energy, Northern Development and Mines EWRB page for clarification on the definition of a single building/complex.

If you are making multiple EWRB requests (i.e. multiple non-connected buildings, with separate EWRB numbers), each of your requests must have the same property owner information. If any of the property owner information is different, you must submit a separate form for each request.
